AUTUMN GARR, A-LPC-MHSP

Autumn Garr is a master’s-level clinical mental health counselor with a master’s degree from Trevecca Nazarene University.

SHE is passionate about working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate life’s transitions and challenges. She recognizes that the ebbs and flows of life look different for everyone—and that healing and growth do, too. Her goal is to come alongside her clients, supporting them not only as they overcome challenges but also as they recognize and experience meaningful growth.

Her approach is deeply rooted in person-centered therapy while incorporating components of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and art in therapy. Autumn is also trained in the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS). She cares deeply about supporting clients who have experienced trauma and approaches this work through a trauma-focused lens.
